Which payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay

Do you accept FSA/HSA to pay for TallyAge™ or Vitality?

Currently we do not accept FSA/HSA as a form of payment.

Can I submit the TallyAge™ test to insurance for reimbursement?

Please contact your insurance provider to determine whether or not the test can be reimbursed.
