Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

  • A subscription is automatically established at the time of your initial Tally Health purchase (except for single TallyAge™ test purchases). To help ensure no lapse in your supplement routine and to account for potential shipment delays, the first renewal date will occur 25 days after initial purchase, unless you skip, pause, or cancel your subscription. Subsequent renewals will follow a 30-day cadence. You can view your next order date via the “My Account” page in the customer portal under the “Upcoming Order” section.
  • All memberships and supplement subscription plans can be canceled at any time. Please cancel your plan before the next scheduled renewal date to ensure your request is processed on time. 
    • For cancellation requests after your order has been initiated, we cannot guarantee a refund.
    • For cancellation requests after your order has been shipped, we are unable to provide a refund. 

Supplements

  • Tally accepts supplement returns within 30 days of the delivery date when quality concerns are evident. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] with a picture of your compromised product to initiate a replacement order. 
  • If there are no quality issues, we are unable to offer refunds for supplements, and all supplement sales are considered final. 
  • We do not accept returns once the product has left our fulfillment center, even if it is unopened. We ask that you dispose of any product you do not wish to use.

Test Kits

  • We are unable to offer refunds for TallyAge™ test kits. All TallyAgeTM test kit sales are considered final. 
  • If quality concerns are evident, we accept TallyAge™ kit returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] with a picture of your compromised product to initiate a replacement order. 
  • Tally Health is not responsible for TallyAge™ kits that have been discarded or misplaced once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 
  • Tally Health does not honor refunds for any used TallyAge™ kit, unless the lab is unable to process your sample, in which case you will be eligible for a replacement test kit.
