Return and Refund Policy:

  • All memberships and supplement subscription plans can be canceled at any time.  Please cancel your plan before the next scheduled renewal date to ensure your request is processed on time. For cancellation requests following your monthly renewal date, we do not guarantee returns or refunds once the order has been processed. 

  • We accept product returns (e.g., any supplement or TallyAge™ kit) within 30 days of the delivery date when quality concerns are evident. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to initiate a replacement or refund (a photo of your damaged product will be required). 

  • Refunds will not be given if you violate the Tally Health Terms of Service or the Tally Health Membership Program Terms and Conditions, including if you intentionally provide us with inaccurate information and/or falsehoods in your demographic information or Lifestyle Survey responses.

  • Unopened/unused single TallyAge™ kit orders (non-membership) can be returned and refunded within 30 days of the order date as long as they are sealed and in original condition.

  • All returns and exchanges may be subject to a fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount (unless quality concerns are evident and confirmed by Tally).

  • We do not accept returns for Tally Health supplements.
