Do you accept FSA/HSA to pay for TallyAge™ or Tally Health supplements?Updated a month ago

We currently do not accept direct payments from Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA). However, depending on your FSA provider or insurer, your test, membership, or supplement subscription may still be eligible for reimbursement with  a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from your medical provider and proof of payment. Please note that each payor is different, and we cannot guarantee that Tally Health tests, membership, or supplement subscriptions will be reimbursed or accepted by your FSA / HSA.
