How do I update my billing information?Updated a month ago

You can update your billing information by navigating to your Account page and clicking 'Manage subscription.' Click on your subscription to view your membership details, and then select 'edit' next to your payment method. You will then receive an email with a secure link to the page where you can update your payment details. 

If your most recent order was not processed due to a failed payment, please check your email for instructions to update your payment method or contact Tally’s Customer Success team for assistance. 

Once your payment information has been updated, please contact [email protected] to ensure your order is renewed in a timely manner.
