My TallyAge™ score fluctuated since my last test, what should I make of my result?Updated a month ago

Seeing a big or unexpected change in your TallyAge™ from one test to the next? Not to worry — your TallyAge™ test results may fluctuate due to various factors. Temporary events like a respiratory infection or a life change that causes stress (e.g., moving homes, starting a new job, etc.) may influence your Lifestyle Score and TallyAge™. By taking multiple tests over time, you may begin to see a reliable trend line, which is more indicative of how you're doing. As in the example graph above, focus on the slope of the trendline to gauge your overall progress. We recommend taking at least five to nine tests to ensure sufficient data collection to inform a trend over time. And remember, it's about progress, not perfection!
