Need to update your Tally Health payment method in the Shop app? Follow these quick steps:
- Log in at shop.app using the email linked to your Tally subscription.
*Pro tip: If you're already logged in, log out and back in with your Tally email to avoid issues. - Go to “Recurring Payments” and find your Tally Health subscription.
- Update your payment method:
– Add a new card, or
– Edit an existing one
*Important: Don’t delete the original card used to set up your subscription — this may disrupt your Shop app connection to your subscription. - Confirm the update in the Shop app:
In the “Account” tab, verify that your new card is listed. - Double-check your changes:
Log in to your Tally account and confirm the correct card is shown under “Payment Method.”
