How to update payment method in Shop appUpdated 2 days ago

Need to update your Tally Health payment method in the Shop app? Follow these quick steps:

  1. Log in at shop.app using the email linked to your Tally subscription.
    *Pro tip: If you're already logged in, log out and back in with your Tally email to avoid issues.

  2. Go to “Recurring Payments” and find your Tally Health subscription.

  3. Update your payment method:
     – Add a new card, or
     – Edit an existing one
    *Important: Don’t delete the original card used to set up your subscription — this may disrupt your Shop app connection to your subscription.

  4. Confirm the update in the Shop app:
    In the “Account” tab, verify that your new card is listed.

  5. Double-check your changes:
    Log in to your Tally account and confirm the correct card is shown under “Payment Method.”
