How long does it take to change my epigenetic age?Updated 3 months ago
Based on published clinical trials looking at populations, we know that epigenetic age is modifiable. Due to the variability in the test results, we recommend at least five to nine tests to establish a reliable trend. The extent of change and the duration required to observe an effect likely differ from intervention to intervention (e.g., doing more cardio each week vs. cutting out artificial sweeteners). However, it’s important to remember that measuring your epigenetic age is most impactful when you look at it over time, which requires consistent testing.
