How do I pause my supplement subscription?Updated 7 days ago

Our goal is to offer you as much flexibility in managing your account as possible. We offer a few options: 

If you want to skip your next order due to travel, excess of supplements, or another temporary reason, you can do so through your Tally Health account directly. After logging into your account, navigate to the "My Account" tab to locate your active plan. Scroll down and click "Skip Next Order." You have the option to remove some or all supplements in your plan. 

If you would like to skip multiple month's orders, you must log into your account after each scheduled renewal to skip the subsequent month. For example, if you have already skipped your August renewal which was scheduled for August 15th, you can log in after August 15th to skip your September renewal.
