Do you accept FSA/HSA to pay for TallyAge™ or Vitality?Updated 4 months ago

We currently do not accept direct payments from Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) - however, your test and membership may still be eligible (depending on your FSA provider or insurer). To get your TallyAge™ test or Vitality supplements reimbursed, you may need to provide a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from your medical provider and include your proof of payment to your insurer or FSA provider. Please note that each payor is different and we cannot guarantee that Tally Health tests or membership can be reimbursed or accepted by your FSA / HSA.
