Where do you ship and do you ship Internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We’ll be sure to keep our community posted when shipping outside of these areas becomes available.

What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

If you know you won't be home to receive your package, we recommend delaying your shipment within your Tally Account to avoid any issues.

My tracking number says my test kit was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

Can I expedite my shipping?

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO (Army Post Office) addresses.
