Do you ship Internationally?

We deliver to any address within the Domestic United States. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States. We’ll be sure to keep our community posted when international shipping becomes available.

What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

If you know you won't be home to receive your package, we recommend delaying your shipment within your Tally Account to avoid any issues.

My tracking number says my test kit was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
