Why does Sharpen contain L-methylfolate instead of folate or folic acid?Updated 5 months ago

Folate is another name for vitamin B9. Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate, while L-methylfolate (also known as 5-MTHF) is the active version of folate. Another unique advantage of L-methylfolate is its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier.
