We recommend taking Vitality with food, but the specific timing is flexible. Some ingredients in Vitality are fat-soluble, so it is generally recommended that they be consumed with a food that contains healthy fat, such as nuts, seeds, avocado, or a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil. The capsule can be swallowed whole or broken open and its contents mixed directly into the food you are eating it with.
