It is recommended to take Vitality with food but the specific timing is flexible. Some ingredients in Vitality are fat-soluble, so it is generally recommended that they be consumed with a food that contains healthy fat such as nuts, seeds, avocado, or a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil or MCT oil (if tolerated).
